The apartment is in an excellent position, outside the ZTL but a short distance from the historic center and the Sant'Oronzo Column, reachable on foot in less than ten minutes, an ideal starting point for visiting the White City of Salento.

The wonderful Marina di Ostuni, with its renowned beaches and coves, is only 7 km away! The 30 sqm studio is located on the ground floor of a building with an independent entrance from the street (1 step to access it) and has a PRANA mechanical ventilation system, designed to make the environment healthy by expelling stale air and substances harmful, and restoring it to optimal ventilation conditions. The internal space is composed as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER equipped with two electric plates, mini fridge with freezer, moka, little electric oven and electric kettle - LIVING/NIGHT AREA with double sofa bed, clothes stand and TV - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with convector, fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is at guests' disposal! All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. The keys will be collected from 15.00 to 21.00 in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00. The city tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be charged in cash, for the first 5 nights, as provided by the municipality of Ostuni. Ostuni is located in the province of Brindisi at more than 200 meters above the sea, in Murgia, and it's one of the most renowned cities in Salento. The White City is named after the color of a large part of its buildings, mostly in the historical center.

Hence the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and iconic. The historical center of Ostuni, called by its inhabitants as "La Terra", is characterized by a maze of winding roads, little squares and gardens, alleys and glimpses of the Adriatic sea. The lower part of the city is surrounded by the old city wall, where the only two still intact entrances are located: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio. On top of the hill you can find the Cathedral, with its large rose window divided in 24 parts, Palazzo Vescovile and the old Seminario. Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassic Civilizations of the Southern Murgia, where the cast of a pregnant woman, Delia, who lived 25.000 years ago and was found in a cave near the city in 1991, is preserved. Among the most interesting exhibits there are pottery and ornaments, flints, stone tools, from the paleolithic till the age of the metals. One of the main attraction for tourists in Apulia is definitely the coast of Ostuni, where you can find Rosa Marina, Monticelli and Costa Merlata beach areas.
