- A kitchenette, open onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)

Outside :
- A lovely 25 m² enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Julien-du-Serre, in a very pleasant environment, within a small authentic hamlet. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
