The kitchen is fully equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday home in Ireland.
This large self-catering holiday lodge has 3-bedrooms sleeping 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen - Living area with open fire - Dining area - Utility room for extra storage - Bedroom 1: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath and over head shower, hand basin & toilet Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: twin ensuite sleeping 2 WIFI available.
Outside Galway Bay Lodge is a large open plan lawned garden perfect for children to play and to dine alfresco in the summer months. Local Area & Tourist AttractionsOranmore is situated on the shores of Renville Bay and is a busy village, with shops, traditional Irish pubs serving food and a variety of restaurants.
Things to do in the local area: - Oranmore Castle - Swing Golf Oranmore: premier golf indoor facility - Kylmore Abbey - Connemara National Park - Sandy beaches on the coast of Galway’s Wild Atlantic Way. - Visit Galway City: cafes, boutiques and art galleries,… - Visit the Latin Quarter - Visit the Burren - Visit the Cliffs of Moher (25 to 35 minutes drive) - Galway Races Festival in the summer: Irish horse-racing festival that starts on the last Monday of July every year. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.

Says what it does on the tin! Large and spacious with various bathrooms off each bedroom, a little bit sad they didnt provide wifi for the cost, but im sure it says it on the description. Just something you would assume these days though, personally it would have been a nice touch. Otherwise the place was great

The house is located in a very quiet an peaceful estate near the golf course. 20 min driving from Galway and near nice villages around Oranmore. Good place to stay for a family holiday.

une très bonne semaine avec le soleil en plus .beau pays avec des gens sympas malgré notre peu d'anglais.de belles visites ( falaises de MOHER chateau de KYLEMORE lacs du CONNEMARA ).
