The apartment is situated in a typical two storied chalet with only 6 apartments, far from the traffic, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the center of the city.
There are two beautiful balconies facing Tofane and Cristallo.
In the huge garage there is space for all the cars of our guests.
On the lawn in front of the house you can often see deers when the sun is setting or rising. The access is comfortable via a road that is well conserved also in case of snow.
In case of heavy snowfall cars without four wheel drive should have snow chains. Directly from the apartment you can make nice trips to the close mountains. (Free wifi) Our apartment is composed as follows: attic (55 sqm) on the second floor, with two bedrooms (4 beds): one double bedroom with kingsize bed and one small bedroom with 2 single beds + one bathroom with big shower, living room and two balconies. From the balcony of the living room you can enjoy an indescribable view of Cortina, the Tofane and all the other mountains. The washing machine is in the basement which is connected to the attic by common elevator and stairs. At 20 minute walk downhill from the town center (30 uphill!) if you follow the indications I give you for the shortcut. Ca 'de' Nani is very romantic and quiet, the view is dreamy, from the two terraces with stunning sunrises and sunsets.
With the good weather forecasting, definitely worth the small sacrifice to set an alarm very early to witness the unforgettable spectacle of dawn on the Tofane. It has always been very beloved, the furniture is new and nice. Completely in the woods with 8000 square meters of green properties, it is often visited by deer. Attention: The green area around the house is for exclusive use of the ground floor apartments.
The garden part of which you can freely enjoy is that beyond the sidewalk, without prejudice to the usual condominium rules for silence schedules. Very quiet, very safe, it was built in 2011 with all the newest systems.

schoenes Appartment, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, toller Blick ueber Cortina, gastfreundliche Vermieter; im Appartment im 2ten Stock haben Kleiderhacken bzw eine Garderobe im Vorzimmer gefehlt sonst alles top - mit Kleinkindern ist die 2te Wohnungseinheit, die sich im Untergeschoss befindet, weit zum Appartment im 2ten Stock (fuer Kleinkinder, nicht Erwachsene)

La casa di Paolo a Cortina è meravigliosa, calda, accogliente, molto romantica. Facile da raggiungere, comodissima con garage al coperto e super attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente per essere in vacanza e sentirsi come a casa.
Panorama meraviglioso, di quelli che ti fanno mettere la sveglia alle 6 solo per poter guardare l'alba sulle montagne dalle finestre del salotto. Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Fantastic accommodation, split between two floors in a very quiet and modern building. Plenty of parking and only 15 mins walk to town centre. Open plan kitchen with stunning views from balcony, plenty of utensils to hand and superb shower and jacuzzi bath. Highly recommend for a family/group break. Very clean and homely feel. No expense has been spared with the traditional wood panelling interior.
