A veritable balcony over the ocean and the village of Ponta do Sol, with outstanding panoramic views, this sun kissed holiday home is set in a tranquil area and is perfect for those seeking peace and privacy.
Most of the holiday time will surely be spent on the front terrace and by the pool, either catching sun, eating alfresco or simply enjoying a drink whilst appreciating the tranquillity and superb views.
The main gate leads down to the garden and front terrace where you will find garden furniture and a hammock to laze away the days - and a built-in barbecue, perfect for eating alfresco.
Casa Jardim Mar is surrounded by banana tree plantations. Very well furnished and comfortable, with air conditioning, it has a large open-plan lounge/dining, modern fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, in addition to the leisure/games room on the first floor. As you enter the house, the hall leads to the open plan lounge/dining and onto the modern fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom (with en-suite) opens up to the terrace and benefits form the great views.
The second double and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large leisure room with a second TV and Playstation, sitting area and table games, which leads onto a small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a quiet read or cocktail with that outstanding view to the village and to the ocean.
An extra bed is available in this area for a 7th person. NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION Casa Jardim Mar is great for those seeking an away from it all holiday property, but this means is does not have direct access to the road.
From the road, there are 25 steps down to reach a pathway that runs for 65 metres past other houses and banana tree plantations before a further 17 steps down lead to the main gate of the Casa Jardim Mar. It is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Un énorme merci à Carlos, nous avons eu un séjour parfait! L’emplacement de la villa, l’accueil, les fruits à notre arrivé, la villa, la piscine, les références pour de bon restos, etc. Carlos, you are the best!

Great place with amazing views. Carlos met us at the start and gave us all the details and some ideas for the week. We were able to find parking at the top of the street every day. Meals on the deck are a better view than you will find at any restaurant! I would definitely rent the place again.

I highly recommend this property! The place was so clean, comfortable beds, plenty of gathering space. But the real draw was the balcony overlooking the town/ocean and the pool. Most of our free time was spent on the balcony. It is nice to have AC for the days when it is hot and the washing machine...
