This sixth floor apartment benefits from a southern exposure and amazing views from the living area and bedrooms.
Recently fully refurbished to a high standard, the lovely airy open-space lounge, dining and kitchen opens to the sea-facing balcony, where you can relax in the evenings, check out which cruise ships are in that day and see the world go by on the sea promenade below (specially beguiling in the evening sun).
Both bedrooms are spacious and have air conditioning/heating and share the modern shower-room.

Lage ist einfach super. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um ohne Auto was zu unternehmen.
Am Wochenende haben Jugendliche an der Promenade gefeiert und das bis weit in die Morgenstunden. Auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern konnte man nicht schlafen. Die anderen Tage war alles super.

L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif. Très bien équipé, tres bien situé. Une place dans un garage privatif en sous-sol. Immeuble calme malgré qu'il soit dans le centre-ville. La propriétaire est disponible rapidement en cas de besoin.Bref un très bon séjour
