It’s ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay, with capacity for up to 4 guests. This bright one-bedroom apartment is in a recently renovated building.
It offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere throughout the day, despite being in a very central area. It features an open-plan layout combining the living room and kitchen.
The living room is stylishly decorated and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), perfect for accommodating two additional guests.
The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, ideal for both short and long stays. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The location is excellent: on a pedestrian street that is lively during the day but quiet at night.

Excellent location, super communication on arrival and departure. Lots of useful information on the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. I would say the bathroom is in need of some refurbishment. Overall a good stay.

The location is great. Close to restaurants. Loved the idea of a totally separate bedroom. The only complaint is that the coach was too soft to sit on, and they only had Spanish TV. (no Netflix etc.) Otherwise, the place is perfect. Very clean and bright,

Lovely apartment in the best location for exploring Seville.
We were met at the door and everything was great with the stay.
The only thing I can fault is the temperature in the top bedroom. The heating wasn’t substantial and it felt like the door to the terrace was open (draft coming in etc). I’m sure in summer it will be fine but we stayed on November.
