Madrid Center is a fantastic flat located right in the heart of Madrid, perfect for spending some time in the Capital of Spain.
This charming, recently renovated flat features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a dedicated workspace, ideal for working or studying. The living room features a splendid dining table, a sofa bed, and a Smart TV with access to international satellite channels, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. The kitchen area is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
It also comes fully stocked with crockery, glasses, and cutlery, so you can feel right at home. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment also includes a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Among the amenities of your new home are free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, a safe, bed linen and towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, and cleaning products, including supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment’s decoration has been thoughtfully designed and it has been completely renovated, featuring exposed brick walls and wooden beams.
During the renovation, soundproofing against external noise and thermal insulation were installed, ensuring a consistently comfortable temperature.
Noble materials were also used, such as antique wooden doors sourced from a historic palace in Toledo. For the little ones, the apartment provides a travel cot and a high chair for babies. THE AREAThe apartment is located right next to the traditional Plaza Tirso de Molina and just a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and La Latina.
From the apartment, you can reach any point in the city on foot, but if you prefer to take the metro, the nearest station is Plaza Tirso de Molina (Line 1), only a minute away. This apartment offers you an unforgettable stay in the vibrant heart of Madrid. Nearby Amenities: Parking:Available nearby at Calle Doctor Cortezo 11. Supermarkets: Carrefour and Lidl are just a few minutes’ walk away, located right in Plaza Tirso de Molina. Gyms: Basic Fit on Calle Atocha 24, only 5 minutes from the apartment. Recommended Restaurants and Cafés:Close to the apartment you’ll find great spots for breakfast like Pum Pum Bakery on Calle de la Esgrima 1 and Bosconó Specialty Coffee Shop on Calle de Embajadores 3.

To get to the apartment: From the Airport:You can reach the apartment by taxi, with a fixed rate of €33, or by metro: Take Line 8 from the airport and transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 10 until Tribunal station, then transfer again to Line 1, which will take you to Tirso de Molina station.
You'll need to walk a few minutes to reach the apartment. From Atocha Station:Take metro Line 1 to Tirso de Molina. From Chamartín Station:Take Line 10 to Tribunal, then transfer to Line 1 to Tirso de Molina. You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking facilities.

A wonderful flat, perfect for a few days in Madrid. Central, in an exciting but very safe area.. the check in was smooth with a helpful and friendly host. The Apartment had everything we needed, as well as air-condition and Netflix. Definitely recommend! My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

L’appartamento è in una zona centrale e dai si possono raggiungere le principali piazze di Madrid a piedi. Zona tranquilla, sicura ed ampiamente fornita di bar, ristoranti e caffetterie.
L’appartamento è pulito e ben fornito di elettrodomestici quali lavatrice/asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè etc.
Comodo per 4 adulti. Consigliato!

It’s always a crapshoot when seeing on line and experiencing a rental . This was fabulous . We were close to bars , the metro , felt safe and it was quiet . The air conditioning wasn’t working briefly and was texts were immediately answered and fixed on our end . We will be back for sure
