Luxury Villa Bol with pool is located in the center of Bol, only 150 meters away from the famous beach Zlatni Rat and 20 meters from the sea.
Luxury Villa Bol consists of four levels: ground floor, first, second and third floor.
It is comfortable accommodation for 10 - 13 people.
The ground floor of Villa Bol is highlighted by a large courtyard with a swimming pool with a waterfall, surrounded by sun loungers.
By the pool, there is also an outdoor shower.
Just a few stairs lead from the courtyard to a mini wellness paradise; a sauna and Jacuzzi. On the ground floor, there are a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining and living area where you can relax and enjoy good company.
The living area has access to the yard with a swimming pool.
On this floor, there is also a guest toilet. On the first floor of the Villa, there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with a shower.
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 160x200, while the other bedroom has a double bed measuring 140x200. The second floor of Villa Bol has the same content as the first floor.
Two bedrooms with double beds (160x200) have found their perfect place here.
Both bedrooms also have their own bathroom with a shower. On the last, third floor of the Villa Bol, you can find a spacious room with a double bed. Luxury Villa Bol is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi Internet. Bol is a place on the south side of the island of Brac and one of the sunniest places on the Adriatic with about 2600 hours of sunshine a year. Once upon a time, Bol was the site of winemakers, fishermen, and seafarers, and today it is one of the most popular tourist destinations.
There are numerous historical monuments in Bol that are worth a visit. You can see the Dominican monastery from 1475, which houses a rich archeological collection, a Baroque mansion, a Renaissance Baroque palace with an art gallery, a parish church, and a monastery in the Blaca desert.
Bol stretches for a few kilometers along the sea edge and is known for its crystal clear sea and numerous beautiful beaches, among which the Zlatni rat beach stands out. It is one of the most beautiful and largest natural attractions of the Adriatic, which is often the motive on postcards from Croatia. Pine forests, which have overgrown the entire coastal zone, are also of particular interest.
If you are a fan of sports and active holidays you can enjoy tennis, windsurfing, swimming, jet skiing, parachuting, diving, soccer, handball, basketball, cycling, table tennis, beach volleyball, and many other activities. In many restaurants and taverns, you can taste the specialties of the island of Brac and Dalmatian cuisine.

Was für eine wundervolle Erfahrung! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus geliebt. Das Haus war makellos, der Poolbereich war fantastisch - wir fanden es schwer zu gehen! Kann es kaum erwarten zurückzukehren!
