Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful apartment with sea view for rent in Cancale.
Located on the second floor, the apartment has a surface area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
La bisquine features a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony terrace.
Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! It is composed as follows: - A large living room with sofa, TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
This room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows opening onto a large balcony. - Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (160x200) - Bathroom with heated towel rail. - Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, you'll have access to the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave oven and a cot (we can install a cot for babies on request when you book).
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot.
Feel free to bring your own if you'd like one).
Outside : - Large balcony terrace with sea view The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
Activities : - Enjoy oysters and other seafood at the Port de la Houle. - The apartment is an ideal starting point to St Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Côte Sauvage with its most beautiful sandy beaches.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the paid parking lots around the apartment or in a free parking lot (60 spaces) on Bd Thiers, a 2-minute walk away.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station La Gare de la Gouesnière (11 min by car) - Nearest bus stop: Saint-Joseph (10 min walk) Other remarks: - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Linen and towels included.

Pour la deuxième fois nous avons choisi cet appartement très bien agencé, bien isolé et une vue magnifique sur la baie de cancale.On se sent si bien dans cet appartement ce qui fait qu'on le quitte avec bcp de regret.

La Bisquine We absolutely loved our stay at La Bisquine, the view across the bay was stunning and we enjoyed many hours watching the tide roll in and out, and the oyster farmers at work. Excellent location right near to great restaurants, Charline was a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Places de parking à proximité payante ou gratuite un peu plus loin après avoir pris une côte.
Restaurants en bas de l appartement qui ne nous ont pas genés."
