Come and discover Corsica in this beautiful, tastefully decorated flat, which offers a marvellous view of the crystal-clear waters of Marinella.
Situated 200 metres from the beach, the flat comprises a living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
You’ll also enjoy the 14 m² terrace, furnished with garden furniture, from where you can admire the sea. Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge.
Private parking is available at the foot of the residential block. The accommodation Located on the third floor, accessible by lift, the flat is laid out as follows: - The air-conditioned living room is equipped with a sofa, TV and dining area - Kitchenette opening onto the living room: hob, fridge, microwave, French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, 6kg washing machine - Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and blackout curtains - Bathroom with shower and toilet, separated by a partition - 14 m² south-facing terrace with no overlooking neighbours, furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, from where you can admire the breathtaking sea views. Nearby - Local shops: grocery shop, chemist’s, restaurants and beach bars 100 metres away - Marinella Beach 200 metres away Activities - Promenade running along the seafront, ideal for a jog - Capo Beach, 4 kilometres away, where you can go stand-up paddleboarding and surfing - Volleyball courts on the beach opposite the flat Transport - Private car park at the bottom of the residential complex - Bus stop 150 metres away, which runs along the seafront and takes you to Ajaccio town centre in 10 minutes - Ajaccio – Napoléon Bonaparte Airport 13 kilometres away Other information - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). Santa Lina "Panoramisch uitzicht over de Baai van Ajaccio.
Fijn appartement, licht, modern ingericht, met super uitzicht over de zee, rustige parkachtige locatie, dichtbij stranden en winkel. stad Ajaccio binnen 3 km. Alles schoon en goed verzorgd."
