Nice apartment on the third and top floor with elevator in perfect condition in a small building in the center of Roses, 300m from the beach and close to all shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, butchers ...), capacity for 2/4 people The apartment is distributed in: * One bedroom with double bed (150 cm), ceiling fan. * Dining room with Italian sofa bed of 140 cm (recently renovated), TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels), internet and Air conditioning. * American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...) * Bathroom with large shower. * Beautiful south facing terrace with views of the mountain and a park. * Private parking space for medium vehicle in underground garage.
Roses is an active city throughout the year.
It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers.
Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities.
Not to mention the nice rest on the sandy beach.
Roses beaches enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
The price does not include bed linen and towels.
You can rent them, €15/person.
To the indicated price it is necessary to add the tourist tax of €2 per person over 17 years old.

Appartement idéal pour 2 personnes, la situation près des commerces, du port et de la plage est très appréciable. Le balcon pour prendre le déjeuner est parfait. Le parking malgré les nombreuses manœuvres à effectuer est essentiel car impossible de se garer dans la rue. Séjour très appréciable.

Très bon accueil à l'agence Capdevilla avec de bons conseils. Appartement conforme aux prestations indiquées. Attention toutefois à la place de parking en sous sol qui est difficle d'accès pour un grand véhicule. Avons passé un agréable séjour.

Very friendly check in 1/2 hour after office closing time. Garage parking is an 'experience' but essential valuable. Two proposals for improvement: You should inform about the position of the garbage boxes outside. You should write a guide to select the SAT access to receive also German TV. And a list of the German stations (e.g. 1305 is ARD and 1442 is ntv)
