Come and discover this bright 50 m² flat in the heart of the town of Concarneau, a stone's throw from the Ville-Close, the marina and the beaches! You will be able to take advantage of the nearby amenities and activities that the town has to offer: visits to the town, museums, relaxing on the beach, board sports...
You will have a pleasant living room with a dining area, a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The flat:
Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- An entrance hall with storage space.
- A large living room with a lounge area fitted with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table that can accommodate 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, modern and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker...
Night area:
- A bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (new bedding), a dressing room and a TV.
- A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.
Neighbourhood:
The flat is ideally located near the Ville-Close, the city centre and its amenities (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, shops...). You can quickly go to the beach and its creeks or take the country paths by the "voie verte", the start of which is a stone's throw from the flat.
In the vicinity:
- Ville-Close at 750 m (10 minutes on foot).
- Plage des Dames and Plage de Cornouailles are 1 km away (14 minutes on foot).
- Thalasso at 1.3 km (17 minutes on foot).
- La Forêt Fouesnant 7.4 km (12 minutes by car).
- Quimper located 26 km (24 minutes by car).
Activities :
- Visit of the Ville-Close, the marina, the castle of Keriolet, boat cruises to the Glénan islands or the bay of Concarneau.

Très bon accueil en présentiel, beaucoup plus convivial que la boite à clé. Le petit cadeau d'arrivée. Appartement très confortable, bonne insonorisation, très bien isolé. Parking privatif.

The apartment is very centrally located. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is a huge advantage that there is a reserved parking space nearby. Everything about the apartment is very good.
There could perhaps be a little more space for waste in the yard. The 2 containers were very crowded.
Otherwise everything was fine.
Perfecte locatie, alles zeer netjes en vriendelijke host.
