Situated on a working sheep farm it is within walking distance of the village where you’ll find a children’s park and a railway station with regular trains to Skipton and Leeds.
There are 2 pubs within a 3-4 minute walk.
There are plenty of walks direct from the door, with the Pennine Way running past the farm offering a multitude of picturesque walks.
The market town of Skipton is just 3 miles away, known as the ’Gateway to the Dales’ where you will find shopping, a Norman castle and canal boat trips.
Close by is picturesque Bolton Abbey, lovely to explore and stroll through the woodland alongside the river at any time of the year.

Great location. Very comfortable lodge, lovely hot tub which was serviced by the owners. The small garden wasn’t very spaniel proof however. To many gaps and broken spindles meant we couldn’t let them out without a lead.

Really enjoyed our holiday but the Lodge needed updating which the owners said was going to be done in October. The location & the views were fantastic, & the quaint village & pubs were only 20 mins walk away. There was only one shop in the village but Skipton, the nearest town was 3 miles away. A trip on the Canal is a must, & plenty to see & do in the area.
