Bellingham is only a few minutes away with shops, a couple of pubs and cafés, whilst Otterburn is a few miles further with a lovely mill shop with outdoor wear, great if you are looking for a bargain item of clothing. Great property ideal for a family vacation in lovely surroundings.Great local pubs all serving quality food and drinks.Ideal location for the East coast,Hadrians Wall and Scottish Borders etc. Local golf too!So if it’s an area you’ve not been to before I fully recommend this property for all of the above reasons.

It is unusual that you enter a holiday cottage and find that the space is actually bigger than the photographs suggest. The communal open plan kitchen, dining and lounging area has a real ‘wow’ factor.

This is my second visit to this cottage. There's plenty of walks around plenty restaurants/cafe and pubs. Loads of little villages to drive to cycle some wee towns lovely. Dog friendly will be making another visit
