The open plan kitchen, dining, living and sleeping area is bright and airy with a high quality finish throughout.
French doors lead onto a raised decking area complete with your very own private hot tub.
This pet friendly property will allow pets off the lead whilst on the enclosed patio but need to be put on a lead when in the garden or surrounding areas due to the property being on a working farm.
Access to the property is down a farm lane, which is unsuitable for low profile cars. Nestled on the owner’s working dairy farm and set within a lush meadow overlooking the grazing cows.
The delightful properties offer a great space to discover this sublime area of West Wales.
Both properties boast a hot tub, beautiful countryside views and are just 5 minutes’ drive from the golden sandy beach of Aberporth, a thriving seaside village on the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline. You are placed to explore the wonderful coastline of Cardigan Bay with a variety of beaches a short distance away, including Mwnt with its iconic white chapel, Llangrannog, National Trust’s Penbryn and Tresaith.
For an adventurous day out, why not stroll along the Heritage coastal path and discover its natural beauty which is home to rare sea birds, bottlenose dolphins and grey seals.
Visit the tranquil harbour resort of New Quay and indulge in one of its many cafés and restaurants that cling to the sides of the hills rising above the crystal blue waters of Cardigan Bay.
The charming town of Aberaeron with its multi-coloured houses and attractive harbour is well worth a visit, as are the market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn, with their medieval castles and traditional Welsh pub. Cwmporthman Farm Cwtch and Cwmporthman Farm Cottage (UK34701) can be booked together to accommodate upto 10 guests. Free WiFi The property is located on a working farm. Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. The owner has advised the hot tub is available 9am - 10pm. There is an evening curfew for noise at the property. Approach to property is by a rough or gravel track. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. There will be a deposit of £100 on arrival for any damage caused, if there is no damage this will be returned after your stay. Please note: There are rennovation works taking place to the neighbouring property immediately close by.

Immaculate pod with everything you need. Hot tub was a nice addition. Views were amazing and location is great for exploring beautiful South Wales. Communication with the owner was great too. A lovely little relaxing break
