Thanks Simon, Sea Breezes was all we could have hoped for and more, the place was superb and very comfortable, the garden leading to the dune and beach is a nature lovers paradise, deer, Muntjac and Roe, rabbits and Badgers are all to be seen, our dog Cooper was in seventh heaven, we cannot wait to come back. Ten out of ten.

Perfect holiday, 2nd time I've been and thoughly enjoyed it, so close to the beach, the house is beautiful and any issues the owner sorts immediately. I would highly recommend this for a holiday.
My daughter cried when she had to come home.

Excellent property,good location. Not many amenities close by but Sea Breezes has all needed for a relaxing holiday. Very dog friendly. Nice food in Poppas restaurant and 2miles away in North Se a Oservatory. Owner very helpful.
