Nestled in the middle of the Glendowlin Lodge Park lies Cherry Tree Lodge.
It is located near Pooley Bridge and Ullswater, in the north of the Lake District National Park, where you’ll be just minutes away from a steamer trip from Pooley Bridge to Glenridding.
You will also be able to take advantage of one of the many walks or cycle routes on your doorstep.
Cherry Tree Lodge was refurbished in 2019 to a very good standard of comfort, and has a stylish, modern interior which is bright, light and airy.
All the rooms are on the same floor and there are two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite.
There is also a a separate family bathroom, and an open plan living space with patio doors leading onto the large balcony with outdoor seating looking onto the well established park.
Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Great place, the only downfall was that there was no washing machine or dishwasher but overall we’d happily go back 👍
