Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet Second Floor: Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Initial logs for wood burner included. .

Felicity House is in an enviable position overlooking the village of Staithes with the Cleveland Way trail running past the doorstep.
The cottage has lots of original features and has been renovated by the present owners to a very good standard.
Some of the rooms have lovely sea views and the living room has a cosy wood burner to curl up in front of after a long walk along the rugged coastline.
Staithes is within the North York Moors National Park so stunning scenery and traditional Yorkshire villages are in abundance.
The village has a good local pub serving food, as well as a shop for essentials.
Staithes is a great place for fossil hunting and in the summer you see many children enjoying searching the rock pools and crevices for these fossils.
The village is like stepping back in time with its cobbled streets and quaint, quirky cottages that lead down to the harbour where you can sit and enjoy a drink with the locals at the pub.
Staithes has now become a great artists retreat with an excellent art festival held every year.
The property is perfect for those walkers amongst you as you can walk along the clifftops following the trail to Whitby and further on the Robin Hood’s Bay and Ravenscar.
The town of Whitby is just 8 miles away and is one of the most visited fishing towns on the coast, famous for the abbey being the inspiration to Bram Stoker’s book ’Dracula’.
Felicity House is a great base to see the best that Yorkshire has to offer.

Lovely comfortable well equipped cottage in wonderful Staithes. Very dog friendly. Ideal spot in Staithes with direct access onto the Cleveland Way and wonderful views from the cottage. Parking space very handy.

Lovely location in the traditional old part of Staithes. Ideal for accessing the Cleveland way or visiting the Yorkshire coastline.The only negative is parking in a space on a steep hill.

Lovely village and a great cottage. Parking space can be a challenge to get in and out of, but convenient to have close by.Excellent location to explore the east coast.
