Both properties: Oil central heating, (£30per week, £20 per short break November-March), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair.
Patio with sitting-out area and garden furniture.
Enclosed lawned garden (shared with other property on-site).
Use of 10-acre grounds (shared with other property on-site).
Electric car charging point (by prior arrangement with the owner).

Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood and Poulton-le-Fylde are all within a short drive.
Alternatively, the Trough of Bowland, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are all easily accessible by car.
Two well stocked fishing lakes can be found within the farm’s extensive grounds and this is offered free of charge to guests.
Shop and pub ½ mile, restaurant 3 miles.
