Located in the heart of the countryside, in a pleasant area of the village of Saint-Pardoux, discover this cosy and comfortable studio of 30 m², ideal for a getaway for two.
You will have a large and luminous living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room as well as a large terrace of 40 m² without vis-à-vis to enjoy a lunch outside! The studio : Located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful bright living room equipped with air conditioning with a sitting area with two chairs, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests. - A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker... - A bedroom with a double bed. - A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, storage space and a hairdryer. - Separate toilet.
Outside : - A large terrace of 40 m², facing east-north and fitted with a pergola, a table and 4 seats to enjoy an outdoor lunch! Nearby: - Château de la Ménardière located 5.4 km away (7 min by car). - Bluegreen golf course 9 km away (9 min by car). - Lake Verruyes 8.5 km (10 min drive). - Niort 33 km away (30 min drive). - Poitiers 57 km away (1 hour by car).

Le Pardoux "beau logement paisible et disposant de tout le confort attendu.
petit soucis d'odeur désagréable certainement accentué par la météo ne permettant pas au regard du froid d'aérer suffisamment, et par la fumée de la cheminée des propriétaires quo se dirigeait vers le logement."
