Sunset Maisonettes is a quaint complex comprising 3 identical modern maisonettes that share a swimming pool.
This charming complex is located in the southern part of Crete on the outskirts of Mariou village, just a short drive from the sandy beaches.
Here, you can relish stunning views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding landscape.
Each maisonette has a ground floor featuring a spacious and comfortable living room with a large sofa and dining table, a satellite TV, heating, and captivating vistas.
Additionally, there is a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen and a guest WC.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, accompanied by a modern bathroom.
The balconies on this level offer incredible views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
All areas are air-conditioned, and high-speed WiFi internet is available throughout the complex.
Outside, there is a shared swimming pool and outdoor furniture where you can relax.
The village itself hosts a delightful traditional tavern within walking distance from the property, while the famous tourist area of Plakias is just 3 kilometers away, offering an array of amenities and attractions.

Het was perfect.
De foto’s kloppen wel hoe het huis eruitziet maar op foto lijkt het of het alleen staat.
Maar werkelijkheid staan er huizen achter en naast .
Niet dat je daar last van had maar het klopt niet met getoonde foto’s.
Veder een tip voor eigenaar plast op balkon een tuinstel zodat je eige...

New build which is perfect in size for the family. Shared pool but only with 2 other holiday makers so you can easily have it to yourself. Many great beaches all within 20mins drive. It's also nice being on top of the hill with a decent view. cute local village a walk away and an excellent taverna Mariou a 10min walk away, again with hypnotising viewss.

Tolles Feriendomizil mit super Aussicht. Täglich wurde der Abfall/Papier entsorgt, jeden 3. Tag die Wohnung gereinigt, 1 x die Woche neue Bettanzüge und Tücher gewechselt. 1. Woche alles perfekt. 2. Woche 3 x Stromausfall und einmal kein Wasser. Es wurde aber immer umgehend reagiert und erledigt. Insegesamt toller Aufenthalt.
