The house is located in the Lingotto district, just 15 minutes walk from the homonymous train station and the Fiera, and is close to Piazza Bengasi, where the new metro stop will be open soon.
The area is well connected to the center, as well as being full of shopping centers and equipped with every service for a comfortable stay.
Possibility to find free street parking lots. The space *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The 33 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and is composed as follows: KITCHEN CORNER: with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster, manual juicer, and microwave LIVING AREA: with a quuen sofa bed and TV BEDROOM: with a queen bed and wardrobe BATHROOM: with toilet, bidet and shower Other services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, balcony, small closet Possibility to find free street parking lots. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. È stato molto facile trovare la casa grazie alle indicazioni che ci sono state fornite, in oltre la metro si trova a 15 secondi dalla casa. Alloggio perfetto per due persone. Host molto reattivo, per qualsiasi problema ci fornivano immediatamente una soluzione. Siamo stati bene. Unica pecca, i muri sono abbastanza sottili, sentivamo tutto ciò che facevano i vicini.. Per il resto, tutto apposto.

Really nice and sufficient accommodation close to the city center just 10 minutes by metro which is located only 100m from the apartment.
