The apartment welcomes you with a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
You will immediately feel as if you were at home! A cozy house, close to major tourist attractions and numerous taverns, bars, restaurants and shops. Located in an area well served by public transport is ideal for those visiting for vacation or for work in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Just six minutes walk from the University of Udine, the Giardin Grande and the Loris Fortuna Garden. The apartment, about 60 square meters, can comfortably accommodate two people. Located on the first floor of a building with elevator, the house is divided into: Kitchen/ living room.
Coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, wine glasses and Smart TV. Bedroom.
Double bed with wardrobe and mirror. Bathroom.
Bath with shower, bidet and toilet. Extra services available to guests.
Central heating, wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes rack and hangers. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00. Udine is a beautiful Italian art city, small and welcoming.
The charm of Udine is due to its Gothic and Renaissance monuments and also to the narrow streets lined with arcades. The visit of Udine can start from the Castle and then continue with Piazza della Libertà. Piazza Matteotti is just a few minutes walk away, with its porticoes, shops, tables of open-air bars, the Duomo, the shopping street of Mercatovecchio and the two most important museums of the city: that of contemporary art and the Diocesan one, with the great frescoes by Tiepolo.
A destination, therefore, that certainly deserves a few days of visit. - From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reacheing the apartment is by taxi/car (118km - 1 hour and 20). - From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment. - From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the following public transport lines: 1/2/3 with stop "UDINE viale della Vittoria 15", 1 minute on foot from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment in just over 20 minutes on foot. - If you are traveling by car, in order to get to Udine, you can take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56.
It is possible to park for a fee at Caccia P2 car park, about 6 minutes on foot from the property. PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is located in a LTZ.

This is a very crisp and modern full service apartment. It is close to a supermarket and the post office and about a mile and a quarter from the train station and about half a mile to the historic center of Udine. The only downside is that its on a busy street hence noisy during rush hour.

Ottima struttura, ben posizionata. Mobilio completamente nuovo, funzionale e di buon gusto. Staff (Maria) gentilissimo e simpatico. Giá ci ero venuto e sicuramente ci torneró. Qualche capsula di caffè sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta ;-)

L’appartamento è situato a 10 minuti dell centro di Udine, carino, pulito, spazioso però si sente abbastanza forte il rumore delle machine e si deve fare attenzione quando si usa più elettrodomestici insieme perché si stacca la corrente.
