If you're travelling by car, you can park for free in the surrounding streets. In 20 minutes you can reach Livorno historic center by public transportation.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


The apartment is located in Ardenza, one of the most beautiful places in Livorno marine area. The property is only 3 minutes walk away from the sea and is well connected both with Livorno historic center, easily reachable by public transportation in about 20 minutes, and with the outermost marine areas via LAM BLU line stop, 2 minutes away on foot from the apartment. In 15 minutes, by LAM BLU line, it is also possible to reach the renowned Terrazza Mascagni and the Livorno Aquarium.

If you're travelling by car (recommended) you can find free parking in the surrounding streets.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C


A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;

- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;

- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
