Our wonderful apartment is located in the historic center of Turin, overlooking the rooftops of the Quadrilatero Romano.
The house is equipped with every comfort and is perfect for 6 people.
The apartment is situated very close to all the main places of interest in the city, pedestrian areas and public transport, a few steps from Piazza Castello, Via Garibaldi and the Duomo.
The opportunity not to be missed! This 90 square meter apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled). - BEDROOM 1: comfortable master bedroom equipped with a queen bed and a wardrobe. - BEDROOM 2: equipped with two single beds (one of which is extractable) -LIVING AREA: with a queen sofa bed and TV - KITCHEN: has a dining area, fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. - BATHROOM 1: with shower and bidet. -BATHROOM 2: equipped with shower and bidet. - FURTHER SERVICES: WIFI, air conditioning (3 split - in the bedrooms and in the living room), independent heating with boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
N.B.
In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; -the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, for each additional set € 8.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
This property offers self-check-in.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung nach unserem Geschmack sehr schön. Kein unnützer Krempel. Was aber auch bedeutet, dass man Wäscheklammern. Salz etc. kaufen muss. Es ist laut von der Fussgängerzone. Ohropax empfehlen sich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The location was great. There was construction on the balcony, so it was not usable. It was very noisy and the owners would be smart to soundproof the windows. There were no basic amenities, like paper towels, etc or instructions for use of the facilities, TV, or convenient locations of nearby restaurants etc. If you like natural light and quiet, this is not the place for you.

Wohnung super restauriert, absolut tolle Lage. In einem Zimmer fehlten Gardinen und aus dem Abflüssen kam ein starker Geruch, ansonsten alles perfekt, danke
