The property is located in a historic district, a few steps from the center and just a 5-minute walk from the station. The accommodation enjoys a convenient location both to move in La Spezia and to visit Porto Venere or Cinque Terre. *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The room is equipped with a double bed, a desk and a private bathroom (with shower, sink, hairdryer, bidet and toilet). Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Park Centro Stazione, in Via Pietro Paleocapa 7, a 5-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day. All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.
