With a surface area of 70 m², the duplex is presented as follows:

Day area :
- Living room fitted with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), various armchairs, a dining table, a TV, a DVD player, a balcony and a fireplace.
- Semi-open kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a balcony with a side sea view.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed.
- Mezzanine with single bed (90 cm x 190 cm)
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hair dryer, WC.

The outside :
- Balcony on the first floor of 3 m² with two deckchairs and a small table.
- Balcony on the ground floor.

The area
The duplex is located in the heart of the district classified in "Secteur Sauvegardé", the roof is classified by its particularity, located at 50 m of the beach, close to the tourist office, the cinema and the library being located at less than 100 meters of housing. All shops nearby, large retailers within a radius of 3 km.

- The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants. A deposit check of 50 euros will be requested upon arrival for the cleaning and will be returned at the end of your stay if it has been done.
