Good base too stay , most places within a short drive.Points to note : the cats use the car par park and garden as a toilet.Bed’s comfortable but could do with being upgraded to pocket strung when due for replacement.Wi fi has good and bad days We would still recommend property

Home from Home absolutely Brilliant place clean comfortable Brilliant location had a small problem and the Owner Jon sorted it out no problem definitely will be booking again plenty of extra to use aswell. The only negative point is where you park you car at the back on the gravel the local cats use it as a litter tray

A lovely, comfortable and well presented property which had everything we needed. It is an easy walk to everywhere in Filey, which is a pretty little town to wander around. Jon and Cath are very helpful and responsive hosts. We had a great time.
