Whats really sad about this is you know there's no point in complaining from my own experience of being barked at by the sargent major/staff and the reviews iv read your only going to get the same generic response sorry for your dissapointed we hope to see you again from the delightful lady that res...

Four adults and a 2 year old visited for five days, having a great time in the pool, sauna, cottage and restaurant. Lots of walks in the area and great scenery by car.The place was clean and friendly and we will consider it again in the future.
