Rojoy is a classic period terraced cottage in the centre of Salisbury, Wiltshire. It is two hundred years old and has been refurbished into a classic modern cottage, with neutral decoration for that homely feel. It is perfect for families. The property opens to a living room complete with a TV with Sky and WiFi. There is also an electric fire in the original fireplace for that authentic cottage feel. There is also a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a cloakroom with a wash basin.
It has one king-size bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom. There is no designated garden area, however opposite the property you will find Greencroft Park which has an enclosed children’s play area.
Salisbury is a historic cathedral city. There is a local pub and store only a short walk away. For those looking for some culture, the city hosts an annual international arts festival in May. There is still plenty more to see, including Stonehenge and New Forest National Park. Not forgetting the classic English Gothic Cathedral which is home to some of the best-preserved copies of the Magna Carta. For shoppers, there is a thriving local market, including museums.
