Situated at the stunning development of properties at ‘Dartmouth Green’, Courtyard Cottage is in an idyllic setting adjacent to the Championship course at BEST WESTERN The Dartmouth Hotel, Golf and Spa - just four miles from the famous naval town of Dartmouth. The Start Bay coastline, including the award-winning Blackpool Sands beach is just 15 minutes’ drive away, whilst Woodlands Leisure Park, which offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities for families, is less than a mile away.
Courtyard Cottage is a delightfully renovated stone cottage furnished to the highest standards. It has a modern kitchen with granite worktops and a range of Neff appliances, plus a separate utility room. There is an open plan living / dining area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, chic wood-burning stove, and dining table seating eight. Doors lead out onto to a balcony with steps down to a private terrace area with outdoor furniture to bask in the summer sunshine. There are four bedrooms, three of which are en suite. The first has a King-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a King-size bed and an adjacent family bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a King-size bed, plenty of storage and an en suite shower room. The property is baby friendly and has allocated parking for one car.
Perfect for couples and families alike, guests enjoy complimentary use of the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, and make the most of the shared swimming pool, tennis court and discounted rates on the scenic golf course.

The property sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms (three en suite), and also benefits from a family bathroom. Cottage was lovely,it was just the sofa,it needs cleaning.The cottage is in a excellent location,and the surrounding are stunning we shall definitely stay there again.

This property was perfect for two families of four, it was well equipped and of a high standard. It is a great base for exploring and it was great to be able to use the pool, gym, spa facilities. We would def go back as there is so much to explore in the area.
