Excellent communication, easy access to metro, luggage secured prior to check in, place is clean and well maintained, only negative is no AC ( but most of Berlin does not have AC)

We had a great stay at BenSimon apartment. Listing was accurate and the apartment provided all the necessities, as well as a few extras. You can tell that these guys truly care about the customer experience. Walking around in the neighborhood felt a little sketchy but we would definitely stay here again.
