The open-plan living space flows through the bi-fold doors to the outdoor patio where you can relax in the evening sun keeping warm by the glowing fire pit.
On chillier days, enjoy the warmth of the wood burner in the living space.
The double bedroom provides a restful night sleep, then wake up to beautiful views of the fruit farm and countryside beyond from the window.
Bramley Cottage is set within a fruit farm where you can pick your own plums in season, or purchase some of the delicious local honey on offer.
Set within the Epping Forest District of Essex, this area provides lots to do and explore, including the steam railway which starts from Chipping Ongar, only 3 miles away, which winds through the beautiful Essex countryside.

We were looking for somewhere to stay locally for two or three nights so we could attend a family party. Bramley Cottage came up on our search and we decided to extend our stay to a week. We are so glad we did this. It’s a peaceful haven with only wildlife to keep you company. We didn’t really want to leave, and will try and return again sometime!

Loved the location the friendly owners, the peace and quiet just out of London.
The house and garden are great for a relaxing stay.
Couple short remarks:
The bed is actually to small (width) for two grownups to sleep comfortably.
The house gets hot in the afternoon.
The parasol foot is not...

As we wasn't on holiday we needed somewhere to stay as we had renovation work being done to our house, but none the less if we was holidaying I highly recommend bramley cottage
