Comfortable apartment that can accommodate up to six people, located on the ground floor of a historic building belonging to one of the oldest families of Fano sailors (whose names are given at the entrance of the house).
Enviable position, in a quiet and reserved context but at the same time close to the historic center of the city, easily reachable on foot, and a few tens of meters from the tourist port of Fano and the lido with equipped beach.
Parking space included! The 72 sqm apartment, with an independent entrance, is located on the ground floor of a building and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Living area with double sofa bed, split AC and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, split AC and TV - Bedroom II with sofa bed, single loft bed and wardrobe + en suite bathroom with shower box and wc with hand shower - External toilet to the rooms with wc, bidet and showe rbox - Patio equipped with table and chairs x6. Reserved parking space available in front of the entrance. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, underfloor heating, washing machine, high chair for children, safe, mosquito nets, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Fano, equal to EUR 1.30 one night per person for the first 14 nights.
This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. The apartment is located in the port-sea area of the city of Fano, in a location that lends itself both to a relaxing stay and to a more dynamic holiday: it is in fact located in a street away from the busiest and noisiest streets, but at the same time a stone's throw from the lido with a sandy beach and the most popular clubs, and just a ten minute walk from the historic city center.
From this position, in a few minutes by car, it is also possible to reach all the most famous towns of the Romagna and Marche coast, and the characteristic villages of the hinterland.
The characteristic fish market and the famous local restaurants of the town are also close at hand.
All essential services are within easy walking distance: the first minimarket is located within 400 meters, bar and pharmacy within 600 meters. We stayed 4nights. Apartment is safe and secure. We were in the beach resort area and the old town was a short walk away. It was a nice quiet break from a busy travel schedule.

Location is great. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants, which are within walking distance. The space of the place was comfortable for us (2 adults). Kitchen is good and has the necessary tools and a pretty cold fridge with freezer. The bathroom is fine. WiFi speed is fast and car parking...

La casa si trova in ottima posizione, per raggiungere sia il centro sia il mare. È molto bella, pulita, ampia e dotata di tutto, anche di parcheggio privato. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host che è stata gentilissima, disponibile e precisa.
