On the ground floor there Is another bedroom with a double bed (1.80*200) with a WC with shower suitable for all the guests.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace.

Outdoor facilities The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool of 30sqm and 1.40m depth, a secure session for kids to swim, a lounge area with sofas making the ideal spot to relax gazing at the gorgeous sunset.

Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with sink, cupboards and preparation area.

Next to this area there are comfortable sun beds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation.

Spacious verandas and balconies are the best place to spend your time outside enjoying the Seaview and fresh air. *Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions.

We request three days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March.

This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival. The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.

As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road.
