What makes Belfast such an amazing city to stay in? Stay in my recently refurbished, very unique and spotlessly clean 2 bedroom townhouse and find out! Situated just off the bustling Lisburn Road area you are on the doorstep of some of the city's best pubs, cafes, restaurants and are pretty much walking distance to any of Belfast's attractions. So whether you are here to gaze at exhibitions or toe tap the night away to Irish music, you have found your Belfast home :)
The space
Our house is located in a great area of the city. It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk. Botanic Park is very close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll.
The apartment has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flatscreen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy around the beautiful reclaimed-wood dining table, take a long hot shower in one of the brand new bathroom suites after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the very soft double beds. In addition, our house also benefits from a small wraparound garden and an outdoor patio where you can enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening tipple!
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!) and free on street parking is available just outside the house.
And also, rest easy – we conform to all Airbnb's cleaning protocols and our place is professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay. We will always leave a buffer of at least 24 hours between stays.
Finally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm and check out is prior to 11am, if you do need leeway on this we will be happy to provide it if possible! Just ask us closer to the time :)

We are happy to provide an early check in / late checkout free of charge depending on availability. Simply ask us closer to the time
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
