The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a double with en-suite, and a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor shower room, and an external annex with double room and en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a covered pond, and a private driveway for three cars. You'll find a shop and the beach in 0.4 miles, and a pub in 0.5 miles, and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcomed, but not allowed on furniture, and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wheatlands is a fabulous dwelling for a family break to Hampshire. Note: The hob is positioned low for those with limited mobility, please be vigilant with children around.
