For a traditional holiday by the seaside with your friends and family, look no further than Stone’s Throw, a charming mid-terrace townhouse resting a literal stone’s throw away from the beach and all the amenities within Filey. The three-bedroom self-catering accommodation has been designed with a home-from-home ambiance in mind, decorated with all the necessary furnishings and a contemporary touch, creating a comfortable space for you and your loved ones to return to at the end of each bracing day.
Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into spacious open-plan living, featuring a large bay window, which floods in plenty of natural light.
In here, the plush corner sofa invites you in to relax in front of the TV, while the dining table makes a sociable spot for enjoying the company of your loved ones over a local takeaway, a home-cooked dish or a tipple or two. Concluding the open-plan space is the sleek kitchen suite, complete with all the essential appliances to cater for yourselves, as well as the added benefit of a washing machine, allowing you to easily freshen up any sandy belongings. As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to find three elegantly decorated bedrooms, comprising of a king, double and single bedroom, all three enjoying a refreshing colour palette and quality linens to create a welcoming and relaxing return from an action-packed day by the sea. To the exterior of the property, enclosed by fencing and a gate, there is designated off-road parking, as well as a seating area, where you can look forward to lingering over a glass of wine, while soaking up the sunshine and admiring the soundtrack of this traditional seaside resort town.

Stone’s Throw is a mid-terrace townhouse resting in the centre of Filey, North Yorkshire. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of two double beds and a single bed, together sleeping up to five people and served by a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a ground-floor cloakroom. Completing the ground floor is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is designated off-road parking for two cars and a small sitting area. Stone’s Throw is a wonderful property for a family holiday by the seaside. Please note: This property has a good house keeping bond of £100.
