The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is pleased to present this tastefully restored 35 m² cocoon on the 3rd floor of the "Villa sous le vent" in the Sillon district. It comprises an attic bedroom, a shower room with toilet, a living room with a kitchen on one side and a lounge on the other.
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
- We provide sheets and towels, and your bed will be made up for you on arrival.
- Wifi is free.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures can also be carried out on arrival and departure.

On leaving the condominium, turn left or right and you're on the seafront.
The area :
Between the Sillon and Rocabey districts, you're just one street away from the large Sillon beach on foot, as well as all amenities. And a 10-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work.
Entertainment:
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that often has a great atmosphere during concerts or matches. This building with its industrial decor has a loft atmosphere.
La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
And there are plenty of restaurants in the inner city and on the causeway, some of them right on the waterfront.
Go and admire the view over Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur hotel (visible from the flat), with its Rooftop (bar on the roof of the hotel).
Food:
Cross the street and 100 metres on foot you'll find an intermarché to do your shopping.
Transport :
- Bus stops 2 steps away
- Street parking
