Cocoonr offers this charming 100 m² single-storey house for rent in Loctudy, 300 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people (5 adults maximum).
It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with woodburner), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden with terrace.
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Day area: - A bright 50 m² living room with TV, pellet stove, sofa and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker...
Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (top bunk not suitable for an adult) - Shower room with walk-in shower. - Separate WC.
Outside: - A beautiful garden enclosed by an electric gate of approximately 200 m² with a swing and a boules court, which are available for adults as well as boules for children. - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Loctudy, in a very pleasant environment within a cul-de-sac.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market, 300 metres from the beach and 2 km from the nautical centre...
Activities : Come and discover the town of Loctudy in the south of Finistère, in Cornouaille and the Bigouden region, located at the mouth of the Pont-L'Abbé river, on the Bay of Bénodet, opposite the Glénans archipelago. - Tourist attractions: the fishing port of Loctudy, Le Guilvinec, France's leading artisanal fishing port, Concarneau, a town of art and history, Locronan, a superb town full of character, Eckmuhl lighthouse, Pont-Aven... - Sporting activities: water sports, walks along the GR34, cycling, water walking, kayaking down the river at Pont l'Abbé... - Cultural visits: canning factory in Loctudy, Bigouden museum in Pont l'Abbé.... - Gastronomic heritage: langoustine, known locally as "la demoiselle de Loctudy", and all the recipes based on fish and seafood. - Events : Jazz in loc, interceltic festival, embroiderers' festival, langoustine festival...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or on the property, either under the car-port or along the wall.
A vehicle recharging point is located near the accommodation, on Place de la Mairie in Loctudy.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Quimper station, about 30 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Quimper airport, about 25 minutes' drive away.

La Villa d'Ezer "Amazing stay
🙂 It was a wonderful with nothing we missed. Magali was a very helpful and friendly host. The house itself is modern and spacious. Very recommendable. We loved the location, 6 minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach, 8 minutes to a nice creperie and another restaurant. Plenty of things to do in the area. We try to return soon!"
