Please note that this rental is not pet-friendly! • There's a fence that separates the owner's portion of the backyard/garden from the renter's side for privacy.

Please note that along with this fence, the owner's dog also has an electric fence and he won't be let out when guests are present • Please note that while our Studio Unit has 3 doors, 2 of them will not be accessible throughout your stay.

The door located next to the bed leads to your private deck/yard, driveway, and it's this space's entry door.
