Welcome to this wonderful country house with private pool in Santa Maria del Camí, where 6 people will find their second home.
The outdoor areas of the property are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
In the large, well-kept garden, you will find a private 9x4 m chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a porch where you can enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions.
In addition, there is a little playhouse where the youngest guests can play.
The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house is designed to give you the peace and quiet you deserve.
On the ground floor there are two living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room and the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.
Next to the kitchen there is a room with a permanently installed barbecue, in case you feel like cooking some grilled dishes.
A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine floor where you will find a third living room.
There are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor there are two of them: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Upstairs is the third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and access to two terraces.
If you feel like it, you can work out in the small gym on the property.
Five fans complete the house equipment.
If you travel with babies, there are 2 cribs and 2 high chairs available. Santa María del Camí is a charming village in the centre of the island.
From the house you can go hiking or cycling.
In the village you will find all the services you need for an independent stay.
From Santa Maria you can move to any point of the island.
Inca is a nearby town where you can't miss the Thursday market that occupies all the central streets of the town.
The nearest beach is Can Pere Antoni, integrated in the city of Palma, but you can also quickly reach the beaches in the north of the island such as Playa de Alcudia or Can Picafort. Please note that during the day there are staff visiting the plot to work the land. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. An extraordinary rental, with its long driveway, garden, and a house full of unique rooms and spaces, It felt magical, and we cherished every moment, The gym and garden allowed for daily exercises, and the wood fires made cozy nights in front of family movies, We were delighted to find milk, soft drinks, beer, wine, olive oil, fruit, and coffee waiting for us on arrival,
