Modern apartment in an exclusive area of Cordoba, just 5 minutes from downtown. It is located in a new building with 8 luxurious quality apartments and an exceptional community pool open from April 1 to November 1, as well as a private garage in the building.
Upon entering the apartment we find the living room. It is a very bright room as it has direct access to a large private terrace that has garden furniture. The living room has a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed, side table, Smart TV and dining table with capacity for 4 people. The modern kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils.
The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower.
The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of Cordoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The historic center of Cordoba is only 2 km away, and can be easily reached by public transport since there is a bus stop very close to the apartment.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
