A lovely bungalow, within a stones throw of the beach and a five minute walk from a good pub/restaurant and a nice cafe. Only a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop and the buses stop outside the house (although it's a quiet street). The owner really thinks of everything and provides lots of little things that you might not even realise you needed. My sister wanted to move in!
