This living areas in this property consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and extractor fan, a ground-floor utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a ground-floor sitting room with a Smart TV and two sofa beds, a first-floor sitting room with a Smart TV and gas fire, and a games room with ping-pong table. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite, two king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and an adult bunk, along with a second-floor bathroom and first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture, and a hot tub and off-road parking for up to two cars. Within 0.6 miles you will find a pub, and within 0.3 miles, a shop. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 11 Golcar Brow Road is a lovely dwelling for a memorable trip to West Yorkshire. Note: Please take care on the staircase.
