Our BALZAC flats Rental flat 55 m² Bordeaux - Lafaurie de Monbadon - 4th floor ## THE APARTMENT Beautiful fully renovated apartment in the heart of downtown Bordeaux, located at a prestigious address in the Triangle d'or.
Come and make yourself at home in this cosy and welcoming apartment, beautifully decorated in an urban and friendly atmosphere, organized around a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and upholstered armchair, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one fitted with a 160 cm double bed and storage space, the other with a 2-person sofa bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, and a separate WC.
Warm, coordinated furnishings.
Located on the 4th floor, without elevator, enter the living room through 3 small steps and enjoy a breathtaking view of Bordeaux's rooftops.
Reversible air-conditioning.
A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair. ## DEPOSIT A bank imprint of €350 will be requested as part of the rental.
In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled. ## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.

From Saint Jean station Take tram C from Saint Jean station to Quinconces station then walk 4 mins.
To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 pm and 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public car park "Clémenceau-Auditorium" is located 50 meters from the flat.
