Cocoonr offers this 32 m² flat with wifi, which sleeps up to 3 people, to rent in Toulouse.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Great place! The balcony is very private and it’s a sun trap all day long and it’s well within walking distance of all the best areas of Toulouse.
Probably need some mosquito nets up on the door / window as well as more fans or air con as during the summer months it gets very hot in the apartment.
