Pukeko Pod is situated in an elevated position on a farm in the heart of the Lake District National Park with fabulous views in all directions, including views of Blencathra, one of the Lake District's most renowned peaks and the Pennines.
The insulated Pod has been installed to maximise the views, whether inside or outside, on the wooden decking. Inside, the pod is kitted out with all the home comforts, including a flatscreen Freeview TV, sofa, underfloor heating, fold-away dining table and a kitchen area comprising a sink, two-ring electric hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave convection oven and plenty of pots, pans crockery etc. If you don't fancy cooking, there are plenty of local eateries in Keswick, Pooley Bridge or Penrith, all just a short drive away.
The shower room is spacious. There's no bath; instead, a large shower cubicle with a main-plumbed rain shower head, basin and toilet, plus fluffy towels are provided for guests.
Coast2Coast Accommodation
The Pods are ideally situated on the C2C cycle route. Secure bicycle storage is available, and one-night stays are allowed, so please look no further if you're looking for coast2coast accommodation on the first leg of the journey!

It was extremely peaceful and quiet and there is plenty to do near by to fulfill your stay.
We managed without WiFi, however some people may require WiFi for certain connections so this could be added.

Lovely location not far from Keswick or Ullswater. Pet friendly so we could bring our pooch along. Very peaceful with lovely views.

The peace and quiet. The feeling of being in the countryside while close enough to shops with lots of things to do.
