Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Sheets, towels and cleaning not included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room, air-conditioned and south-east facing, with a large sofa bed, a dining area and a TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- A 9m2 south-facing terrace, with furniture and manual awning to make the most of sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in a quiet location on the heights of Collioure, in a very pleasant environment, less than 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and the famous plage du clocher. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, artists' studios and local crafts...
